As a  NH Realtor I am sure you are familiar with USDA financing.  It is the most used (along with FHA) type of financing for new home purchases  here in the Granite state right now.  It’s popularity is no doubt due to the ability of a buyer to purchase with out the need for a down payment.  I (along with every other NH Loan Originator) have been selling the benefits of this program to our Realtor partners for a long time.  The thing that surprises me though is that  when I meet with a new buyer prospect they usually are NOT aware of USDA financing.  We need to get the word out!!!  That’s why I now have available NO DOWN PAYMENT signage that I can place on your USDA eligable listings.  This will help generate calls to inquire about this financing feature.
